My wife, Becky Klammer, and I have known Amy before she became a realtor. During that time we had talked about one day looking for some property at Lake Anna.
Back in early March Amy contacted us about a piece of property that came up as we were looking for a permanent spot to put our camper with a little piece of water front.
We were not able to make it up to check it out and it was under contract with in a couple days. About a week later she contacted us again and this time we made it happen and found our place that we were looking for.
